Happy Chinese New Year to all readers of this blog! The first day of Chinese New Year is on Monday, February 8 2016. In Singapore, we have two days of public holidays, on February 8 and February 9.

  1. I did enjoy when I was in Singapore experiencing the Chinese New Year. It made for such a complete shutting down of the city, that otherwise hardly ever seemed to slacken, that even the most familiar things got to be engagingly new.

    1. Yeah the pace of life is getting very fast in Singapore.. Traditionally Chinese New Year celebrations is supposed to last for at least half a month. Glad you enjoyed your time during Chinese New Year!
