Holy, Holy, Holy Lord: Lyrics and Music

Amazing organ music.

Lyrics:

Holy, holy, holy Lord,

God of power and (God of) might

Heaven and earth are full of Your glory

Hosanna in the highest

Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord

Hosanna in the highest, Hosanna in the highest.

  1. Hi Mr Wu, Ryan here. I got to know you’re a Catholic by reading your blog quite a lot.

Recently I got preached by a preacher from Church of God. The Church believes that there was a Korean man by the name of Ahn sahng-hong born in 1918 who is the lord Jesus Christ coming as human for the second time. Apparently it was written in the Bible there will be a second coming of Christ and this second coming is not during judgement day. This religion also believes in God the mother and believes that woman should wear a veil while praying. The preacher also made lots of reference to the Bible and it does appear very legitimate. Like you, I am a Catholic but after encountering with this person, im conflicted.

May I please ask for your views Mr Wu ? I really respect you a lot personally.

    1. Hi Ryan, I have encountered them on the roads of Singapore before. It is quite sensitive to make religious comments publicly, only thing I can say is to beware of “cults” or groups that has very unorthodox views. If a group deviates from the mainstream Christian teachings too much, one needs to be careful when dealing with them.

      1. I see Mr Wu thanks for your comment! I get your underlying message. Honestly a guy invited me to the Churches education centre one day and it honestly seems very legitimate. There were quotes in the Bible that stated that woman should wear a covering while praying and that the Sabbath day should be kept on the first day of the week which is the Sat.

Thanks for sharing your advice. As of now, since I was raised a Catholic and I could feel divine presence in the Catholic Church and teachings and so many ppl I look up to are Catholics including you I will remember my roots.
