1. Amateur is at liberty to study only those things he likes.
2. Professional must also study what he doesn’t like.
3. Conclusion: Most famous theorems are found by Amateurs.

Examples:
Fermat = Judge (Number Theory, Probabilty),
Venn = Anglican Pastor (Venn Diagram),
Ramanujan = Railway clerk (Number Theory)
Cayley = Lawyer (Group),
Leibniz = Diplomat (Calculus, Binary 0 & 1)
